Here are some of the descriptions & actual item condition variations I have found. My advice is to talk to the vendor and get a full description before bidding! I am suspicious of camera serial numbers given as 88xxx (instead of 88159) The 88xxx is enough to work out the age of the camera (a IIIs made in 1956) but begs the question: does the vendor have a concern that the camera may have been stolen or be recorded previously as having problems? (understanding that some camera shops historically use this format but consider it outdated for today on eBay) . eBay has a vendor feedback system and you will find that honest sellers are fiercely proud of their positive feedback and will ensure they explain the item condition in great detail.
